I don't know what enforcement department this boat belongs to but it had a crew of three uniformed personel aboard here at the Pictou Dock in Nova Scotia.( Note: if you look closely you can see the YankCanuck on the opposite side of the dock from the Nirint Atlas. I could not get a good photo of the YankCanuck because of fencing around the docks).
