I don't know anything about rating, matt. but it's great shot of her & it's better because there no cars in the way. what time was this photo taken? the only time i've a vessel wait was tug snohomish & sharon elizabeth & that was because there vessels in lock 4 & lock 6 upbound :-D

first rate is 8 after it dropped to 4.5
i think second must be 1 for drop to 4.5
.remaining i dont look to votes..

Yeah Alex kinda a mystery to me as to how this would get a 1 aswell, its happened to many of my pics and to many others i know. It woulda been great if you would have voted on this photo also as to boost it to how you see fit.
