Yarrow's yard at Scotstoun in Glasgow built two Leander Class frigates for the Chilean Navy in 1973/ 1974, CONDELL and LYNCH. This is LYNCH fitting out in May 1974.
Because of the political situation in Chile at the time, the two ships were detained for a period.
I think both are still in service with ALMIRANTE now prefixed to their original names.
