Description:
Taken 1972 at Whampoa by a friend of mine which would not be liked to be named. (during that time it was stricktly forbidden for foreign seaman's to take any photographs in the ports of China)
The name FENG HE 2 is not confirmed so she could bear also another chinese name. Maybe only FENG HE.
The ship is the former Norwegian FABIAN which was constructet from the former tankers RAILA and MORGENEN, and was sold to China for breaking up but survived the breakers torch for some more time.

In my hometown of sandefjord Norway, the framnes mek verksted was the first in norway to "patch" two different ships together. I will dig out the facts.
