I did not suggest or wanted to suggest that you did steal this picture.
The fact that nobody complained or the fact that the picture is 'popular' is no reason to leave the picture. We had long discussions in the Forum on other people, who borrowed the photo´s of our members. I think this picture should be removed.
Furthermore what happened, shows once more that it is not wise to upload pictures of other people.

I want to ensure you that I did not steal the image from this site, I scanned the image from a print given to me. At the time I scanned and posted it, I was not aware of it already exisiting on the net. At the above site. If there is any objection to this image other than raised by the photo adminsitrator I will remove it.

I was/am not implying that you are saying that I stole it. I was not aware of the image having been taken by someone else and being posted elsewhere on the net at the time. Nor have I borrowed the image. Now Rex is trying to contact the person whom sent him the image in the first place, Rex took the JPG file he recived to have a print and slide made from it, he gave me the print.

Now considering that this argument is having the potental to start getting nasty, I shall comment now further, I shall consider you suggestion as to deleting it, as one of the Photo Admins I guess you have the power to under take such action any way.
