Bob - The R.N., have used tugs ever since that idiot of a Commanding Officer wrapped his Leander class frigate around London Bridge in 1984. Tried to turn her in the Upper Pool after coming off H.M.S. "BELFAST" and ignored the excellent advice of the Trinity House pilot not to try and execute a "three point turn" on a Flood Tide :-o
