The excursion vessel Helene is receiving repairs and maintenance while docked in a backwater of the Nicholson Docks off the Detroit River south of Detroit, Michigan.
This vessel looks to me like a vintage yacht and having been built in 1927 that may have been its original purpose. It is now powered by a diesel engine, is 96 feet, 9 inches long, and owned by Shamrock Chartering Co., of Grosse Pointe, Michigan.
