Description:
The downbound BBC Elbe has just passed under the Bluewater Bridges and is preparing to make a hard turn to port in very swift water at Port Huron, Michigan/Sarnia, Ontario. September 8, 2007. At this location the massive Lake Huron turns into the St. Clair River, creating the fastest current anywhere on the Great Lakes/St. Lawrence Seaway system and it is a thrill to watch downbound ships here.
