This boat is owned by a group of school like Institut Martime du Québec, institut Maurice Lamontagne , UQAR and other school that have a link with the sea. Actually , you can find 2 -3 cadet onboard this ship. I've been onboard this one and she is pretty interesting.

I beleive this is Rimouski's Martime Institute research vessel. A nice one to see go by.

I never realized what a great variety of vessels were present along the shores in winter lay-up.
