Thank you! The picture itself reminds me those made in area of Puget Sound Navy Yard, in Bremerton, like USS "California":

The nature looks so similar. But of course, it is not the only such case in the world ;)

Fortunately, (of course from my selfish point of view :) "Hel" class ships were never subject to a reconstruction or silhouette change. Their nice external appearance was only affected by changing color scheme, close to the end of their service.

Most of the time, the ships were painted in standard Polish Ocean Lines' scheme, that continued traditions of Gdynia-America Lines (GAL), a state owner founded in thirties. We can see that in case of "Jurata", while running builder trials, dated on 26.09.1970:

Starting around year 1988-1989, the belt of variable draught was no more painted green and entire underwater hull surface was red. From ca.1990 all decks were changed to red-brown (resembling Soviet - and Polish - navy scheme).

On 01.11.1993 "Jurata" was handed over to POL-America, a POL subsidiary, that adopted orange as hull color, and the result we can see in this magnificent picture by Rolf, in front of us.

Then, gradually (apparently done by crews) the cargo gear was also painted orange and the deck houses in red brown. In case of "Jurata" the final result was similar to shown in this fantastic picture:

From entire "Hel" class, it seems that only in case of 'Władysławowo" this process was finalized. Such picture can be found at Rosenkranz Shipphotos page, with date 30.05.1997:
