HMAS Parramatta F05/D46/F46 with behind her Yarra F07/D45/F45 at Sembawang,Singapore,March 1964.These ships refered to as River Class Frigates,were similar to RN Rothesay Class. Four were built in Australia in 1960s.Pennants changed when for a time these ships were designated DDEs and back to frigates.Photo © Capnken 1964/2007.
