Description:

The LT-2088 Petersburg sits at NYC's 79th street marina. I'm not sure what it was doing in a municipal marina, but I'm guessing she's in private hands.

That is a U S Army LT of the 3006 Design. hardly any still active. It was Army practice to have last two digits of the boat's number on the funnel as shown. Could she be LT-2088 PETERSBURG?? Last i heard she was idle in Norfolk. A sister would be HACKENSACK which was USN but had been LT-2089 in Army service.
