Nice photo, it seems you also have been taking a few Hamburg harbour tours and take these good photos :-) Just the way I do it too, usually and is the only way to get good port-photos, hehe !

Thanks Cornelia, yes I took some Hafenrundfahrts, nothing beats them combined with some hours at Bubendey Ufer! :-)

I just haven't tried Bubendey-Ufer yet, always tried the other side, Elbe beach but the sun there is not always for the better, so.. but perhaps next time, and perhaps again in summer as if you do that now, you will learn to feel your toes and fingers, well when they are getting cold so :-)

I think the Bubendey side is better when thinking about the light. In May 2005 I spent a couple of really cold days at Bubendey, I had three sweaters and some jacket on but it was still freezing... Now I know better! 8-)
