Now as to what they are doing there: I really don't know... sorry!
It's the old cruise terminal for the Hamburg-Harwich ferries but it's no longer in use. Belgard was berthed there, too, a couple of weeks ago. Once in a while smaller cargo ships are berthed there. But for what purpose I haven't made out yet... :-(

Yes, at night it's more fun. In the day I sometimes sit and wait for minutes till a site has loaded. Yet, I think it won't be long now till I have to meet Morpheus...
