I met my husband when this ship was in Pompey. Been in Canada 50 yrs now

This is the Saskatchewan leaving Portsmouth harbour about noon thursday Oct 17th 1963 after 53 days alongside for Boiler repair.We ended up in one of the worst storms off Iceland in years. the boilers held up fine.then were on our way home to Esquimalt on the west coast of Canada arriving there on the 29th of November 1963
