AL HAMRA 1 was photographed laid up under arrest in Avonmouth's Old Dock on 31.7.87

Built at Gdynia in 1961 as Polish Ocean Line's DEBLIN, she served until 1982 before being sold to Jordan and renamed PETRA under the ownership of Amin Kawar & Sons.

In 1985 she became GULF TRUST, in 1986 AL HAMRA 1 and later in 1987 WAHIDI for a one way voyage to Karachi, where she arrived 21.10.87, moving on to Gadani Beach on 3.12.87 to be broken up.
