Hi Ken,

I enjoy looking at your shots taken off Gravesend as it gives me a good idea which angles to go for when I occasionally visit.

Im pretty sure we met up and had a chat when the Pollux arrived on 30-9-07 ?

Regards

Darren

Hi Darren,

Glad to be of help to you for your visits to Gravesend, I am afraid it wasn't me you were chatting to, I was on my own at Northfleet for the Pollux, I missed her coming up the river so had to take the second best location.

Regards
Ken

Oops, meant to say I was opposite Tilbury at the place called Lands End Road where there is a parking area, justa pity the gates to that old berth there are locked otherwise we would be able to see upriver a bit better !

Still coming to grips with my geography in that area. Is there a place that you can go to get the box boats on Northfleet Hope ?

I know years ago there was a path alongside the river which you could walk down.

Regards
