Bonjour Jean !

I heard about this program too and my French friends in Rotterdam saw this on TV5 and guessed I had some connection to the LA TOUR. In 2006 I was 6 weeks onboard coming home from Rotterdam to Auckland via Panama, Tahiti so know this vessel well. Much coffee drunk on the bridge watching the world go by I can tell you! Was a fantastic way to come back to NZ...more relaxing than sitting in a an airliner for sure. I hope the showed the interesting life onboard as it's a special way to travel. Maybe when I'm older I get to do it all again...

Regards from New Zealand,
Simon

The Latour was last fall the number one star of THALASSA; the french TV series running since more than 15 years and that, I think, still remains the best there is on maritime matters and yet unsurpassed!
Evrybody here understanding some french should bend backwards just to watch It every fryday!
Jean!
