Description:
14-12-1965 Santa Kyriaki ex Empire Crusoe, picture taken by me on the age of 16.
The ship has stranded at IJmuiden beach on 24-11-1965.
On the back-ground the two cranes Kraanvogel and Lepellaar, who are busy with lengthen the waterbreakers of IJmuiden.
Built 1945 by Ailsa Shipbuilding,Troon
2802 gt - Liberian Steamship.
In march 1966 towed into IJmuiden, later to Amsterdam and declared CTL. Towed to Aviles in Spain, in july 1966 to be scrapped.
