Description:
Canadian Coast Guard buoy tender TRACY as shown while changing buoys on the St.Lawrence River off Varennes in December 1976.
Built in 1968, she is shown with a plain red coat as CCG vessels were clad at that time. Morever she is still active today some 30 years after I took this photo.
