This isn't the 1895 *Georgia* (formerly the *Lamont,* *John Roen,* and *Samuel E. Bool*) which left documentation in 1986 and was scrapped in 1998, but the former New York City fireboat *Senator Robert F. Wagner,* one of three NYC fireboats Crescent Towing bought and converted to tugs. She was built 1959 at Camden, NJ, by the John H. Mathis Co. as hull no. 215 for the City of New York, and sold to Crescent in 1994 and renamed *Georgia* in 1995, repowered with twin EMD Diesels.
