Description:

CP Ships Princess Patricia, sister ship of Princess Margeruite, heads soutbound through the Inside Passage. Built in 1949 by the Fairfield Shipbuilders and Engineers Company Ltd., Glasgow.

The background says Princess Patricia was laid up in 1980, but this photograph was taken in July 1981 and elsewhere her last voyage is listed as 12 October 1981.

In the mid-1960s, she was leased from CP Ships in the off season and was the original 'Princess'
used to start Princess Cruises.
