When the date of 1946 is correct, the ship could only be the "Prins Willem IV" of A.Veder/Oranje Line. She is lying here at Merwede SY, Hardinxveld, Nederland for reconstruction after used in WW II by the German Kriegsmarine as "Sperrbrecher".
The other Oranje-ships did not survive the war or were built later..See more :
