Good morning Jochen, I have a small General plan of Bugsier 17 and saw description and plans of Michel in the journal: Tug & Salvage International. We should ask Germanischer Lloyd to buy a subscription...Daniel.

Nice image and please note that she is a tractor tug, hence her rudder-propellers are mounted forward. Daniel.
