Hello friends the sunken cement boat here in victoria and surfing the internet and researching I know which is the cement boat in our river.
It was a French concrete barge called Le Sanglier (The Boar), many say lies about this ship and here I researched and read this about it's history:

Now we know that the cement ship is the French barge Le Sanglier or El Jabalí!!!!
