No ,SWS is a new -(2002 first delivery CSK FORTUNE)- shipyard in the area.
Hudong Zhonghua is at the eastern part of Pudong Area.

I have no trouble finding Hudong-Zhonghua Shipbuilding in Pootung using Google Earth, but I can't find SWS. It must be as large a shipyard as Hudong-Zhonghua.
What an incredible harbour! They must have excellent harbour control.
