Struggling with very high winds to get into the lock for Tilbury Dock.
It is very unusual for two tugs on this type of vessel.

Thanks for that bit of information, does explain an unusual situation.
Despite the wind, the vessel is having manouvering problems, I think with bow thruster. She needs tug assistance everywhere, in Tilbury, Amsterdam, Hamina and Kotka.
