Description:
Blue sky on a mid-winter's day: Andrew Weir's Elmbank is at Birkenhead Wharf, Port Adelaide; August 1968. The S.A. Marine & Harbors Board Floating Heavy Lift is taking off auto parts crates destined for the Chrysler plant south of Adelaide.
Elmbank was built by Harland & Wolff at Belfast in 1960. She had two subsequent name changes and went to the breakers at Karachi in 1984.
