a real classic old freighter with wooden bridge - just love this sort of thing. LR in their wisdom spelled the name Baltchik, but I have used the spelling on the vessel.

Glad you like it......I love these oldies that are slowly appearing on the site, especially from Down Under - they always seem to get more sun and better light than we do here !! I guess more people are getting scanners too, so hopefully they'll keep coming. I've no wish to be called a dinosaur yet, but these proper ships do have more character than todays boxes, and I'm afraid boxes refers to all current types including cruise ships !!!! I'll keep putting a few on each week.
