Again, a plea for help in identifying this tug. The name is clearly vivible on the stern, together with the port of registry, but unfortunately, to me, it is completely meaningless. Hopefully, out there one of our Japanese friends, or a student of Oriental languages might be able to throw some light on the name of this vessel. It can be deleted once identified.
