The Palletised Cargo Vessel Ferncroft seen here berthed at Macquarie Wharf no 2 in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia have completed her loading of Newsprint for Canada.  One of Canada's Newsprint Mills had a huge mechanical brake down so they brought stock in from the Companys Boyer Mill north of Hobart.  1 shipment went on the ferncroft and the other went on the Pacprince

Interresting. Ferncroft, launched under that name in the early eighties for norwegian company "Fearnley & Eger". She was under a longtime charter for canadian/ american companies carrying newsprint on the west coast canada/ Us. I was on a visit onboard while berthed in Crofton/ Canada. Cool vessel. The crew - several of them from my little hometown(!) loved the trade! Ferncroft was laid up in Norway for some time around 98/99 - probably after the expiery of the charter.
And now carrying newsprint from down under to Canada - the times they are a changing.
