Four Naval Vessels are seen moored in the middle of Portsmouth Harbour. One of the vessel, the second from the right, is F229 HMS Lancaster, a Duke Class Frigate Type 23. Seen 27th April 2008

The Type 23 will most likely be sold, the two type 42 destroyers to the left will almost certainly go to the breakers. The leftmost is lacking the 4.7 inch gun and the dome over the aft f/c radar, she probably been canibalised for spares.
The hulk to the right is old HMS Intrepid a landing ship dock avaiting her faith. Her sister HMS Fearless is already at the breakers in Holland being cut up.

Yes, this is Fareham Creek where the ghost fleet is kept, Unlikely that Lancaster will be sold yet, she's berthed by the ammunitioning jetty and the only active ship in this shot. The Type 42's are two from Cardiff, Glasgow and Newcastle but I'm not sure exactly which ones.
