Schön, Du hast Dich also gewundert wegen OOCL und dem Overseas und Oriental, obwohl das eine Schiff nach Finnland geht, und nun hier, glaubst Du auch, dass die "Transatlantic" gehen oder ist das wieder alles nur dicke Sprüche und nix dahinter ? :-D :-D :-D

Hihi, ich glaube, die geht eher "und" als Trans. Vielleicht Transbaltic :lol:

Die Namen lassen da oft mehr dahinter vermuten, als eigentlich ist .. 8-)

Es gibt ja auch Transjorund. Fährt die immer im Kreis? :lol:

Tun die doch eh' alle, vor allem wenn man dann von solchen Strecken liest wie Hamburg-Bremerhaven & retour ! Und immer nur das.. nicht gerade das, was man unter grosser Seefahrt versteht oder ?

Nee, da ist ja bald ein Busfahrerleben interessanter! :-D
(Falls dies ein Busfahrer liest, ist nicht böse gemeint!)

Das dachte ich mir auch, gerade den Fahrplan geguckt - die Route ist momentan nicht belegt, fahren alle doch mit diversen anderen Zwischenstopps

Das ist dann auch wohl effektiver und ökonomischer, denke ich mir...

Kommt drauf an, wo die im Hafen Kapazität haben, und ist in jedem Fall ökonomischer, als die Dinger per LKW von HH nach BHV zu fahren, wenn die von da weg müssen.

Lieber per Schiff als per LKW. Die A1 Richtung Bremen ist schon mit genug LKWs vollgestopft. Ist doch die Hauptstrecke Hamburg - Bremen - Benelux :-o

Und auf so ein Schiff passen ja doch so ca. 500-800 Container drauf, wenn die von der Strasse weg sind - schon was wert :-D

Im schlimmsten Fall sind das 500-800 LKW. Grusel! Das ist wirklich was wert...

Da sieht man mal, was das ausmacht, auf solchen Strecken wie Rotterdam-HH-BHV-Riga, usw., welche auch mit Strassen verbunden sind. Ist einem so gar nicht bewusst, was die Schiffe da so bedeuten.
