Ah the old and ugly NOBLEZA. One of the largest car feeders in europe, and calls here nearly every week.

Sounds like you're a little fed up with her! :-D
It's strange and you're right, they're far from being beautiful, but somehow I'm beginning to like their looks more and more. They're quite unique in appearance...

They are, and specially modern ones both big ones and the new feeders like BALTIC ACE & ELBE HIGHWAY. Still my favourite car carrier type is the big WW´s from mid-late 90´s like the ELEKTRA which called here few weeks ago. They look just so good.

About this NOBLEZA, I would guess here in Kotka people either love or hate her. :-D

As you mention Elektra I just discovered that I had posted a picture of her sister Don Carlos in drydock at Hamburg some time ago.
I had taken this photo with my old digi cam (3 MB, 3x zoom). I've enhanced the photo today and now there's that bug with upating photos. I still get to see the old photo in all formats (thumbnail - focus - full size). People must be thinking that I'm kidding. :-D
Yes, the big WWs are great stuff. But if I'm not mistaken they're no regulars here. Most often it's Grimaldi vessels I see around Hamburg harbour.

I see, she´s a cool one. :-) WWs are now regular only in Bremerhaven and some also seems to call Bremen-Vegesack. In the past they sailed to Hamburg too...

Seems we only get the mainstream over here... :-D
