Another vessel I had the (un)-fortune of sailing on as Chief Engineer.
Underpowered, and an appaling accomodation.
And safety? What about the fact that just one of the lifeboat's had an engine, this of course all acceptable by the flag-state and in accordance with the MINIMUM standards as put forward by IMO. But we are just expendable seamens, so who cares, right?
