Another view of the Port of Montreal at the foot of McGill, and Commons, streets. notice the contrast of the new buildings above and the older units on the bottom near the port, makes the Old Port look like it did years ago, the difference is, there use to be a grain elevator on the pier at one time, and you could not see the city the way you can in this photo today.
