Naval auxiliary CFAV GLENSIDE YTB644 underway in the Bedford Basin,Halifax on May 16th 2008.
Five of these tugs were built for the Canadian Navy between 1975 and 1977. Three are based on Halifax (HMC Dockyard).Operated by civilian crews.

LOA 95 ft Beam 30.5 ft Draught 14.5 ft.
Machinery:Voith-Schnieder prop,twin diesel 1,800Hp giving 19 tons bollard pull.
