Description:
SOUTHERN BELLE at Reedham on the Norfolk Broads, 5th September 2006
Southern Belle was built as the steamer Shuttlecock in 1925 for the Cremyll Ferry in Plymouth. She was rebuilt and dieselised as the Southern Belle in 1945. She remained in Plymouth with various owners until 2000, latterly out of use. The present owner Steve Wilson bought her in 2003 and has beautifully restored her for cruises out of Great Yarmouth, which she started in 2006:- www.southernbelle.co.uk
