As long as I know (but maybe I'm wrong) is the exact contrary: Warner Bros paid Moby Lines to draw the Looney Tunes on Moby Freedom, Drea, Wonder and Aki.

The shipping company must pay Warner Bros a huge sum of money, to be able to post thier cartoon charactors on the side of the cruise ships
