Just a comment on Princess Danae. Her origins may be from 1955, but then as the cargoliner Port Melbourne for Port Line. Her rebuild as cruise ship started in Greece in 1972 and she was comissioned as the cruise liner Danae for the greek operator Carras in 1974. At the time regarded as luxurious as the liners of Royal Viking Line. She is beatifully kept over the years, now operated by the a portuguese operator, Classic Cruises International.
