Have you taken the opportunity to read the FAQ's?

"If you don't know the name of the vessel, then please feel free to post the photograph to the site but please upload it into the MYSTERY SHIPS CATEGORY. Please add as much information as you can in order that the membership can try and add a name to the vessel.
Keep an eye on the photograph as it is your responsibility to update its name and move to the appropriate category when a name is found.
Owing to the number of Mystery Ships, the Photo Admin for that category will periodically bring photographs to the front of the site to see if one last attempt can be made to identify the photograph - failing that, the photograph will be deleted as we cannot retain unclassified photographs for ever."

The purpose of the MYSTERY SHIPS CATEGORY is to identify the name of the vessel in order that it can be placed into the correct Category. If you wanted details then you should have placed this into the Ships to be reclassified/waiting identity details Category.

As you see to have information to suggest that the vessel is no longer a Fishing Boat then have moved the photograph into the above Category.
