That's odd. The info on the American Pride page doesn't even match the info on the parent American Seafoods page.

In my prior comment I used the American Seafoods page for the LOA. I don't know what kind of tonnage they have there, it's neither gross tons or net tons. Perhaps it's some form of displacement.

Your information & Knowledge on fishing boats is much greater than mine, I got the information from the American Seafoods site, what do you think?

Isn't that more likely the Ocean Rover hailing from Seattle, ON 552100, 223' length for tonnage, 256' LOA, 4,345 gross tons, 1,403 net tons? She was built by the McDermott Shipyard at Amelia, Louisiana in 1973.
