by coincidence, I took an almost identical photo of Neptun only 26 days before you did (1 Jul 08) as we sailed from St Petersburg. Do you have any additional information about her.
As far as I can tell she's a Okhtenskiy/Goliat class ocean tugs (the rescue variant). Are you able to confirm this?
