I know this song. I heard it on a documentaion on german TV which showed the life of the former FRANCE. The crew was on strike when it became reality that this ship would go to Norwegian owners.

If any of you understand french, find yourself a copy of the the song LE FRANCE by Michel Sardou. The lyrics will give you goose bumps along with the music that really reminds you of the sea....
