Description:
Upper Pool of London 2/12/81. Although a rarity these days, in the 1980s it was not uncommon for new ships to be 'displayed' in the Pool of London. SNCFs Cote d'Azur was the lucky ship on this occasion and dwarfed HMS Belfast in terms of height. If I recall correctly, it was a delicate operation to squeeze her under Tower Bridge's upper walkway. :-)
Former name(s):
- Seafrance Renoir (Until 2011 Jul)
- Cote D'azur (Until 1996 Jan)
