Note the old Norwegian ferry FOLGEFONN in the background. Built 1938, 197 grt, she was operated by Hardanger Sumhordlandske D/S.

She became the clubhouse for Erith Yacht Club and is still moored on the Thames at Erith. I believe the are plans to preserve her and return her to Norway.

Regards

Bob

Forgot to mention. The movie she starred in was 'The Greek Tycoon'(1978) also starring Anthony Quinn.
