Super photo of this ship, which I know still as "Andrea Ehler". You definitely had good luck with the weather this day :-)

Thank you so much Cornelia, you're right, the sunny days were a life saver, otherwise the 8 weeks there would have been a waste of time... :-)

Kind regards,
Aleksi

Hehe yes I remember that very well, going to Rotterdam in March when there was alot of wind, alot of rain and finally Evelyn Maersk and half of the ship covered in snow :-D Made me think that this ship is so big that it has different climate zones 8-) But indeed, simply very unsteady weather at spring and autumn.

Hah that sounds exotic, snow in Rotterdam... :-) I will never forget the spring (early May) of 2005 in Hamburg at Bubendey when I had three sweaters on and still it was freezing and eventually a hailstorm started! Crazy... Then again July 2007 in Piraeus: 48 degrees!! :-D

OK, it's That One here with the horrible weather :-) Hamburg can also be cold in February, warm-up in the harbour ferry then but it's good as then there are not so many people around.

Thanks, it really does look like there's one climate at the bow and another at the stern!

Cheers,
Aleksi
