The 1902 built,371gt Lake Garda paddle/motorship pictured leaving Gardonne in September 2008. She was built by Escher-Wyss & Cie at Peschiera on Lake Garda from where she still operates. Steel hulled with wood/steel decking she is now powered by two 380hp diesel engines driving the sidewheels via hydrostatic transmission.
