Description:

MV Queen of Tsawwassen, departing Saltery Bay terminal, 1753, September 14th 2008, on her last day in Service with B.C. Ferries after a 48 year history with the company. Along with the MV Sidney, the MV Tsawwassen was one of the first two ferries built for and operated by B.C. Ferries starting in June 1960 on the Tsawwassen-Swartz Bay route.

Great little ships,sailed over to Van,Isle many times on her and sister in early sixties when stationed at Esquimalt.(New ships then!) Can't believe it was that long ago. Thanks for posting.Rgds,Ken
