This is a Royal Navy new "River" class patrol vessel and also used or fishery protection.The class consistes of three vessels HMS Tyne P282,HMS Mersey P283, HMS Severn P281. So the ship in photo is HMS Tyne.These three vessels are not owned by the Navy it self. They are owned by their builder, and leased to the Royal Navy for three years with the option to buy or again lease the three ships.
